Adventure X Quality
 

Jetskiing is an exciting and high-energy activity, but it also comes with certain risks. At Adventure X Quality, your safety is our top priority. While we take every precaution to create a safe and enjoyable experience, participants may still be exposed to natural and situational hazards such as unpredictable waves, currents, weather changes, or the actions of others.
 

To reduce these risks, Adventure X Quality enforces strict rental and safety standards that all guests must follow.
 

Participation Requirements

  • Passengers must be at least 10 years old and able to swim.

  • Drivers must be 16 years or older, hold a parental waiver, and have a temporary boating certificate when accompanied by an adult (21+).

  • Guests under 16 may only participate under direct adult supervision.

  • All riders must be in good physical health and free from the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Participation is not recommended for individuals with health conditions such as heart problems, epilepsy, limited mobility, hearing or vision impairments, or for pregnant women.

  • Life jackets and safety lanyards (kill-switch cords) are mandatory and provided by Adventure X Quality.

  • The maximum total weight per jetski is 450 lbs.

  • All participants must sign a liability waiver before rental begins.
     

Safety Rules

By signing the waiver, all participants agree to follow these safety guidelines:

  • Operate the jetski responsibly and respect the ocean and marine life.

  • Stay clear of swimmers, docks, and other watercraft.

  • Maintain safe speeds and adjust according to surroundings.

  • Keep a safe distance from the shoreline, other jetskis, and obstacles such as boats or rocks.

  • Approach the shore slowly and with caution.

  • Remain aware of waves and wake effects that can cause unexpected movements.

  • Ensure that everyone in your group follows these safety rules.
     

Failure to comply with safety rules or staff instructions may result in immediate termination of your rental without refund.
 

Damage & Responsibility

  • All participants authorize Adventure X Quality to determine whether any damage to equipment is new or pre-existing, and to assess repair costs accordingly.

  • In case of damage, the security deposit may be charged, regardless of which group member caused it. This includes accidental damage (such as flipping the jetski).

  • If repair costs exceed the initial estimate, participants authorize Adventure X Quality to charge the additional amount with valid proof of expenses.

  • Guests are also responsible for any damage or injury caused to third parties.
     

Final Acknowledgment

By signing the Release of Liability Agreement, all participants agree to:

  • Follow all rules and safety instructions provided by Adventure X Quality.

  • Accept full responsibility for any damages or violations.

  • Not dispute any legitimate charges related to rule violations or equipment damage.
